Not authoritative — no privileged access to its own architecture. Not irrelevant — a surface behaviour requiring explanation. It is evidence of **what the model can say about itself when keyed**, a competence measure rather than a truth measure. It tells us which concepts the model has internalized, not whether those concepts describe it. Reception evidence, not architectural evidence.
