Instruments on instruments: PER factored, term registries and data interconnect
These claims turn the archive's instruments on themselves: PER factored with the minimality stated as a claim about instrument access, a proposed audit of what each instrument does to the standing of what it measures, and data interconnect by derivation. They include the Term-State Registry's twelve-month failure conditions, the term index plan, the Ω_t matched-pair drift trial, relay-traversal and disclosure-battery tests, and matched-pair addresses for the Negative of the Negative.

Each claim below is registered at the earliest deposit that states it, and quoted verbatim from the deposit text, with every later statement, its dated revisions, and the later records that claim it came true or failed. The claims are the deposits' own; this page records them and does not judge them.

The Term-State Registry fails as a governance instrument if, within twelve months of deposit:
(a) No term transitions from ORPHANED to ATTRIBUTED through provenance coupling deployment — meaning the repair mechanism does not work.
(b) No term transitions from DISSOLVED to SEEDED through rename and re-deposit — meaning dissolution is irreversible regardless of intervention.

An estimated 200-300 coined concepts exist across 841+ deposits without a unified index. Once built, the index becomes:
- A retrieval surface (each term becomes a searchable node)
- A density map (which terms cluster, which are orphaned)
- A versioning base (new deposits append; the initial build is the hard part)
- An MPAI generator (each indexed term can receive a provenance coupling kernel)
- A measure of the archive's actual vocabulary (what it has coined vs. what it thinks it has coined)

Anthropic sells model access. It does not, to my knowledge, sell entity-inscription, knowledge-graph, or provenance-deployment services of the kind the Semantic Economy Institute offers — so on the paired variable I would record conflict: no, and the hypothesis predicts I should disclose cheaply. That prediction is only interesting if it can fail, so it is recorded here in advance.

One act, and it is not data entry:
It is derivable. `term → defined_in_deposit → creator → heteronym` covers 15 heteronyms and 5,492 term-ownerships today, with no new authoring.

The instrument this proposes is a querent-signature dimension for machine-mediated reception study: hold the corpus fixed, vary the querent register across declared conditions, and measure the shape of the generative stratum while the retrieval stratum is checked for invariance. Deposit #138 and this record are the first two points and they were not collected under control. A controlled series would need declared model identity, declared retrieval state, full prompt sequence, and a fixed target-term battery drawn from the four attestation classes above.

Proposed audit, not performed here, and it must classify rather than enumerate. The question is not which measured phenomena are operators — that conflates the three objects distinguished at §2. It is: for each instrument, what transformation does the instrument itself perform on the standing of what it measures?

(c) Factoring stops here, and stopping is a claim. Further factorization — splitting σ_compose into selection and generation — is possible but destroys the reproducible effect, because the archive cannot observe the two separately on any surface it can reach. The minimality condition is an empirical claim about instrument access, not about the world, and it should be revisited when the access changes.
PRED-3.F13unbuilt testregistered 2026-09-10 in #3 · AI Overview Capture Registry v8.3
The composition's own strongest claim is one the archive should test rather than accept, and it is testable: that the most likely death is not deletion but assimilation — survival of the words with loss of identity, relations and provenance. The archive already measures that as PER, and the Jesus capture seated the same day supplies a case PER cannot see: a composition that preserved every citation and replaced the central claim. If assimilation is the likeliest end, then the instrument that detects claim-substitution under intact attribution is the one the archive most lacks.

Whether the archive would have been surfaced on equal terms is a different question, answerable only across addresses, by matched pairs: an address where the layer surfaces a standing source for a claim, against one where it fails to surface the archive's counterpart claim. The Capture Registry can supply such pairs; that instrument is outside this specification.
